SSI is the fastest going dive agency worldwide and now with a lot of dive companies changing to dual companies or even solo SSI Facilities employment opportunities becoming endless around the globe.
Our SSI Open Water Instructor Training Course(ITC) is a two-week program. It provides you with the skills and knowledge needed to conduct confined/open water and classroom sessions within SSI Open Water and rescue program. Once the 8-10 day ITC has been completed to a competent level, there will be a 2-3 day Instructor examination where you will be evaluated in all aspects taught throughout the course.
We have a high level of training at Roctopus with great facilities for teaching all professional levels. Our Instructor trainer is a fun, enjoying, down to earth, realistic trainer with an immense knowledge of the SSI teaching System.
Prerequisites
To participate in the ITC candidates need to be 18 years old, have SSI divecon rating or equivalent, have current medical examination, current CPR and first aid and at least 75 dives.
